Thank you for shopping with me!.  All my jewelry and art work is made by me in my studio in the beautiful Sierra Foothills in Northern California.  



When you purchase from Cheryl McCloud Studios, you automatically receive 6 month warranty on workmanship and materials used in your jewelry items.  If a jewelry item fails as a result of a flaw in the material or craftsmanship, I will fix or replace the missing or broken part of your item with a component/repair of equal value at no charge.  I will attempt to match the missing or broken part as closely as possible.

This warranty does not include damage resulting from improper care/cleaning, dropping, catching, or striking against a hard surface, chemical exposure, or improper use or storage. If an earring or portion of an item is lost or damaged, I can attempt to make/find a matched replacement depending on availability of materials  You will be charged very reasonable rates for such replacements or repairs.

For warranty or repairs, contact me before shipment so we can discuss the repairs required.  Please be aware, often the components I use are limited in availability and it is likely that I may not be able to repair or replace the exact item.  We can discuss your options before you ship the item back to me.  I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items in shipment, so please be sure to insure the item and add tracking to your shipment.


Return Policy

Please note that my jewelry is handmade using natural materials.  There may be slight variations in size, color or texture in the components.  These variations are evidence of handmade vs. machine-made.   However, if after receiving your piece, you are not happy, you may return the non-worn, undamaged piece for a refund of the purchase price. (I cannot refund shipping fees.) 

Important notes for a return:

  • Please contact me within 5 days of receipt to arrange the return. 
  • The piece must arrive within 14 days of the request
  • The piece must be in “as new” condition. 
  • Please be sure to package the piece to ensure there will be no damage in shipping. 
  • I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments, so please insure your shipment and add tracking.
  • The cost of the return shipping will be at your expense
  • Your refund will be issued via PayPal as soon as I receive the returned piece.
